Try a few different suppliers as each supplier/vehicle type may have a different cross border rule.

Yes cross border is possible, but you need to check the details following the above instructions. Not every supplier allow crossborder, others do allow but charge crossborder fee and others do aalow without a fee. So please check before you book a vehicle.
